A time to give thanks for family and friends – Our 100th Post!

posted in: make it, special events | 4

Things have been quiet here at Threaded Together but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been crafting and cooking.  This post marks our 100th post!  We have been emailing back and forth trying to come up with something special to honor this exciting moment on our blog!  It took us awhile but we came up with a fabulous way to celebrate our 100th post and the mission of our blog at the same time.

We are separated by many miles…so far there are two of us in Pensacola, FL one in Panama City, FL and another in Suffolk, VA.  We are threaded together by family, friendship, history and a love for crafting, cooking, and all things creative.  What better holiday to celebrate family and friendship than Thanksgiving?  Thanksgiving is the holiday where family and friends come together at the same table.

For our 100th post, we have put together a Thanksgiving tablescape for you.  Each of us took on a different part of the table.  Since we are spread over many miles, we can’t show you the table all put together but here are the different pieces!

Debbie created the centerpiece:

Jennifer created the placemats:

Kelley created the napkin rings:

Marissa created the place card holders:

Be sure to check back because we will each be posting the directions for each project over the next week!
